Alyssa Soto Brody is a renowned real estate and marketing expert, lawyer, and entrepreneur. Alyssa always had an undeniable passion for real estate, which led to her specialization in the field during law school. Following graduation, Alyssa began selling real estate on the side while simultaneously looking for the ideal law firm to start her career. Her not-so-temporary side job turned into more than a decade of experience with career sales totaling over $700 million.

In 2021, Alyssa launched Development Marketing Team (DMT), a data-enabled real estate sales and marketing brokerage. She joined forces with data scientist Erica Sachse of Snaplistings, to merge the art of brokering with the science of digital marketing. Through this partnership, the team achieved over $100 million in sales during its first two years in business. In 2024, the duo launched “Powered by DMT,” a comprehensive integrated system poised to transform project development and boost agent success, marking a new era for the company.

Elena is an award-winning real estate broker with over $300M in sales in the last decade in NYC. Previously, she was in the top 1% of agents at The Agency, served as CEO and Principal Broker of Park River Properties, VP of sales and management of over 300 condos, CEO of GAIA Property Management, was part of a national top-producing team at Douglas Elliman.

Her expertise includes new development, resales, multifamily, innovative marketing and negotiation strategies, investor relations, agent management, and developer partnerships. Clients praise her for her data-driven approach, friendly demeanor, sharp negotiation skills, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless transactions. 

She has closed record-breaking deals, appeared on Million Dollar Listing New York, and was featured in The Real Deal after closing a $17M transaction after just 3 years in the business. She has been a Forbes Real Estate Councilmember and a board member for several companies including StreetEasy. Fluent in Russian, Elena was born in Moscow and raised in Colorado. She graduated as valedictorian from the University of Colorado at Boulder, excelling in mathematics, physics, entrepreneurship, and her major classical piano. She came to New York for her solo Carnegie Hall debut and later earned a Master’s Degree from the Manhattan School of Music. A Young Patron of Lincoln Center, she enjoys concerts, fitness, dance, supporting animal shelters, and exploring the city’s dining and arts scene.

Originally from Mexico City, Alexis has proudly called South Florida home for over a decade—and she’s been helping others do the same ever since. Graduating from the University of Florida in 2017, Carleigh has spent the last three years as a licensed real estate agent in the Miami and South Florida region, specializing in luxury condos. With a unique background that includes living in Europe and working in the fashion industry from 2017 to 2019, Carleigh brings a distinctive blend of style and expertise to the real estate market.

Kate Cuadro is a founding agent at Powered by DMT. Born and raised in Panama, Moshe Kamahaji moved to New York 3 years ago to study Finance & Marketing at Yeshiva University and take the real estate industry by storm. Don't let his youth fool you, Moshe has been in the sales game since 16, buying and selling used cars with his brother. Upon moving to NYC, he fully immersed himself in the rental market, flexing his unique background to find solutions for a diverse array of clients. Will Kuchins advises and brings value to his clients whether buying, selling, or renting. Will strives to make the transaction process as smooth as possible for his clients. His philosophy for success is simple - establish meaningful relationships, be passionate, and deliver the best results.

Before joining Powered by DMT, Will was an agent at Nest Seekers, where he built an expansive network of real estate professionals and clients. Will received his Masters of Science in Real Estate/Development from Georgetown University.

When he is not busy transacting real estate deals, he enjoys dining out at new restaurants, walking through Washington Square Park, and watching sports. He has deep roots in the Bay Area and was brainwashed early as a Bay Area sports fanatic.

Tyler Rinko was born and raised just outside of Philadelphia, PA. He moved to Miami in 2020 after earning his MBA from Temple University to be closer to family and to enjoy the beautiful weather all year around. Tyler has been a Realtor for over 5 years and previously worked in education and men’s fashion before transitioning to real estate. Helping others has been the central theme in each industry he has worked in. As a Realtor, Tyler enjoys educating and guiding each client through the real estate process, whether that’s purchasing, selling, renting, or investing. While specializing in residential properties, Tyler has a particular focus on finding off-market deals by going door to door in a particular neighborhood or calling an entire building to find hidden opportunities. When he’s not working you can find Tyler enjoying the great beaches of South Florida, traveling abroad, or staying active with friends.
